My client, based in Portsmouth, are looking to recruit Customer Service Team Managers to lead their successful inbound contact centre teams on a prestigious campaign.
As Team Manager you will be responsible for motivating and coaching your team to achieve customer service excellence.
You will ensure that client standards and KPI's are adhered to and exceeded. On a daily basis you will produce and analyse staff performance reports and monitor call quality to ensure your client's requirements are being met. You will be involved in the recruitment process and deliver ongoing training to new starters and existing team members.
The Team Manager will have in-depth product knowledge and ensure that their team are kept up to date with any product changes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing Customer Service staff in a call centre environment (minimum 1 year), along with excellent people management and communication skills.
You will be able to demonstrate strong HR and performance management experience, coaching and training skills, IT skills and a passion for delivering the best possible customer service.
