They are looking for Part Time afternoon & evening advisor's for their UK & Overseas Customer Service team who look after the email communications regarding rewards and card membership schemes.
You will be responsible for taking inbound emails and some telephone calls relating to special offers, discounts and rewards enquiries.
You will work to SLA's, have excellent attention to detail, (spelling, grammar & punctuation), be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written, knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook is essential. Previous telephone customer service experience would advantageous.
Hours are flexible from 3.00pm to 8.00-pm to include an alternate weekend day.
