You will require the following Skills & Experience:-
Effective management of professional engineering teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of relevant design codes and standards, and the requirements of regulatory organisations and classification societies.
Customer and commercially focused.
Your Roles & Responsibilities will include:-
To oversee and direct the technical work on allocated projects, promoting a culture of excellence in the quality of engineering outputs.
Work closely with site Technical Manager and Design Manager(s) to ensure technical requirements of all activities are achieved and managed.
Develop the technical capability of the function.
Take a lead role in the review, maintenance and upkeep of engineering business processes and quality assurance documentation.
To deploy engineering resources to meet the priorities of Integrated Technology projects and external functions.
Development and maintenance forecasts of engineering resource requirements.
Budget plan preparation and contribution to preparation of tenders.
Regular communication with Staff, Subcontractors, Business partners and Customers.
Provide support and direction to various Integrated Technology Design Office Teams (Structures, Systems, Outfit).
