Fitter/Tester – Aviation/Aerospace

Our client is a prestigious aerospace company in the Fareham area; they are currently recruiting for an Assembly Fitter of aerospace components

 

You need to have experience as a mechanical fitter within an aerospace or aviation (or equivalent e.g. precision tooling)

Electrical/Mechanical background

Must have a solid engineering background with experience of complex assembly and test

Experience of soldering, inserting, and bonding techniques would be an advantage

You will ideally be apprenticeship served or HNC within an engineering or mechanical discipline

Able to use precision measuring equipment

Must be able to read engineering drawings
