You will handle incoming calls from existing customers in order to assist with queries, take customer bookings, fix faults and upsell additional products. There will also be administrative duties in this role. Agents will be representing the client brand and will be trained to deliver first-class customer service. There will be an element of complaint handling, so candidates must be professional and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience. You will be able to build rapport with customers quickly and have an excellent telephone manner. You will be IT literate, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate your attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
The hours of work are full time, between 8am and 11pm and you must be flexible to work a shift pattern. You will be required to work every other weekend.
