Outbound Contact Centre Manager / Client Delivery Manager

My Portsmouth based client is looking to recruit an experienced Outbound Contact Centre Manager / Client Delivery Manager. This is an exciting role to work for one of the UK’s largest successful outsourcing centres.

You will be responsible for managing, reporting and guiding the relationship and contact with clients, along with ensuring sales projects are delivered on time and to agreed budget.  You will successfully oversee client expectations as well as all contact centre operations. You will communicate with your sales teams regularly to update them on the project plan and objectives.

As Outbound Contact Centre Manager / Client Delivery Manager you will provide leadership to the Sales Team Managers to identify their training, management and development needs and carry out regular individual updates and appraisals. You will identify and monitor the project delivery success criteria and produce reports to demonstrate progress.

The ideal candidate for this must:

Have proven progression and achievement in outbound / sales contact centre management.
A strong focus for sales results.
Experience of managing large sales teams in an outsourcing environment.
Be able to manage and develop client relations.
Experience in motivating, training and coaching.
To be able to meet clients strategic and tactical expectations.
Demonstrate client relationship management success.
Experience in managing and identifying dialler stats and trends effectively.
Exceptional database  management, action planning and objective setting skills.
Effectively manage telephone sales models and be able to manage the outbound end-to-end process.
Have a strong commercial understanding.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical background.
 Excellent leadership and people development skills.
