The ideal candidate will be either an existing “Home Manager” or a “Deputy Manager” looking for their next career progression. You must hold your NVQ 4 or Level 5. RMA or LMA is preferable but not essential.
Duties and responsibilities will include; direct line management of all staff including nurses, some budgetary responsibilities, a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support, train and manage their staff team.

Registered Care Home Manager (Permanent)
Our client is an independent “Residential Nursing Home” that provides a range of care services including; nursing, short and long stay residential, respite and palliative care. They are currently seeking a “Registered Care Home Manager” to oversee the running of a small home in the Worthing area.They are dedicated to providing a very high standard of care within a personable environment.
