My client is looking to employ an experienced Sales/Account Executive
You will be responsible for servicing existing clients along with developing new customers within the aerospace and associated industries.
Daily & weekly responsibilities will include:
*Maintaining and developing existing and new customers in order to optimise quality of service, growth and customer satisfaction
*Plan and manage supplier negotiation, quotation and order placement processes for an agreed customer base
*Attend Customer meetings as and when appropriate
*Investigate and resolve or answer correspondence from customers expressing issues, concerns, questions or requests.
*Dealing with complaints concerning incorrect information or costs on a customers invoice,
*Handling requests to expedite orders, proactively, tracking outstanding orders.
*Handling and forwarding requests for quotes
*Handling regulatory or quality concerns.
*Maintenance of customer database information.
You must have at least 3 years customer account management experience with sales support.
Excellent communication and IT skills, MRP systems experience wba.
Manufacturing / engineering background
Own transport would be an advantage as you may be required to attend external meetings with clients.
