A well-known and very successful company in the gift and greetings card industry is recruiting for an Account Coordinator to assist in the smooth running of their sales division based at their head office in the outskirts of Chichester.
Their products are hugely popular in the retail market and on the high street. You will be working closely with major retailers so it's a high profile role that requires an experienced administrator to join the team.
You will have the following key skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
- Possess excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Be pro-active, creative and forward-thinking
- Be a team player and have a 'whatever it takes' attitude to getting the work done
- Be a highly efficient administrator involving documentation, emails, telephone requests and product information
The role is to cover a one year, fixed term contract and offers a great salary of £17,500. There's free employee parking too which is great in the Chichester area! Due to the location, it would be necessary to drive to the offices.
