Are you a friendly, personable, have a financial background and are used to a busy buzzy environment?? Our well-established client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join an impressive company in a busy fast pace team located just south of the lovely South Downs town of Midhurst. This role is based in a busy production factory that include offices.
What will I be doing?
The position will involve, putting invoices on sage, dealing with orders that have been placed and tying up with delivery notes and invoices, recording raw materials received on various spreadsheets, filing, answering the phones, payroll including the pensions bit and general finance administrator jobs.
What do I need?
The right individual needs to be able to use sage 50 as an absolute minimum and preferably have sage payroll experience too. It is important you also have a previous financial background and also preferable that you have completed general administration tasks. The role is initially temporary, however has the chance to go permanent. Our client is looking for somebody to start immediately.
The working hours for this role will be 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
