Job Description

Would you like to join a busy accounts team that is the engine room for one of Brighton's 39th fastest growing recruitment company?

We have an excellent opportunity for someone considering a career within accounts and payroll. We will offer excellent training and support to ensure you are a success every step of the way.

Our rapid growth has resulted in us paying over a 1200 temporary workers a week and all the associated invoicing and administration that comes with the territory. Our amazing accounts team now needs extra hands and this is where you come in.

Based at the top of our HQ you will be working in our friendly team alongside Donna, Lee, Rhys and Magdalena.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm but you will never have chance to clock watch as amongst the duties you will be kept busy with weekly payroll (lots and lots of it!), setting up new starters on our database, statutory payments administration, running regular weekly reports, credit control, invoicing, liaising with our busy offices and clients and occasionally making an amazing cup of Tea!

Naturally we are looking for someone who can maintain a real focus and has excellent attention to detail because of the importance of the work, however, just as important is someone who takes pride in their work and feels they can make a really positive contribution to our hardworking team.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience / knowledge of payroll but we are open to someone with strong administration and good excel skills
