Job Description

Administrator - 6 month Maternity Cover

Have you got strong Administration experience? Can you pick things up quite quickly and are able to work on your own initiative? This may be the role for you!

What you will be doing -

  • Organise and prioritise workload, producing information packs.
  • Issue Service Engineers and Subcontractors with work instructions.
  • Act as a frontline customer service contact for engineers and customers.
  • Ensure all callouts for contract customers are attended to within the SLA.
  • Liaise with Service Engineers on a daily basis to confirm status of live projects.
  • Notify Parts Coordinator by raising tasks when parts are required.
  • Assist with monthly forecasting.
  • Upon receipt of worksheet identify if work is complete and update systems.
  • Arrange all hotel and travel accommodation as well as ordering any stationary needed.
  • Monitor, maintain and action emails.
  • Undertake outbound telemarketing calls to determine customer status and explore new opportunities and business.

The Ideal Candidate -

  • Experience in an Administration based role
  • Experience in the HVAC or Construction Industry (not essential)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • GCSE Maths & English
  • Excellent communication skills, well organised and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
  • Innovative with the ability to think outside the box
  • Professional appearance

The hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 4:30 and Friday 8:30 - 4. A competitive salary of up to £20,000 is on offer depending on experience.
