FPR are recruiting for Administration Assistant to work for one of our corporate finance clients within West Sussex. You will be a part of multitasking team to support the Manager and team's diary and be the main point of contact for client administration. This role is an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is customer and team focused and who already is and wanting to move into the financial sector.
I am looking for potential professionals who have the following:
- Computer literate including Word, Outlook and strong Data Entry
- Experience is in administration is essential
- Diary management and taking meeting minutes
- Excellent telephone manner
- Financial or accounting knowledge would be an advantage, including account opening, managing team expenses and maintaining client investment data
- You will be at ease to working in a fast-paced environment, whilst multi-tasking
- And having a good attention to detail is a bonus!
Our client has fantastic benefits with private health insurance, eye care and child care vouchers, company pension and 25 days holiday. You will receive a healthy salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience. You will be working a 35-hour week, Monday - Friday 9.00am until 17.00.
