Job Description

FPR are proudly recruiting for a temp to perm, full time Administrator to work for one of our corporate clients within the Chichester area.

If you are a proactive experienced administrator, then this could be the kick start to a new job for you.

The hours range from Monday - Friday 8am until 17.00. This is for an immediate start. You will start as a temporary staff member on £9.50 per hour, then moving to permanent with a salary of up to £21k.

I am looking for a potential candidate who has experience in working in a multitasking environment; liasing with suppliers and processing orders, writing up documents and KPI reports, keeping staff records up to date including sickness, holidays, training and dealing with postal, email and telephone duties.

Your varied role will also include some small accounting duties such as; raising purchase orders, creating invoices, collecting all new starter documents for HR and collecting and cross checking all staff timesheets for weekly payroll.
