Project Administrator - Temp - Perm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for long term temporary Project Administrator to provide support for a well-established and growing Telecoms and Engineering Company based within the Waterlooville area. The client works nationally with some of the country's largest telecoms providers with specialist areas including bespoke fabrications. Due to continued expansion my client is looking to bring in an enthusiastic and driven candidate to assist the existing purchasing team.
Your role would include
- Assisting the Project Manager with any Administration needed
- Liaising with clients at times and recording accurate information
- Data entry and completion of important documentation
- Covering some of the workload for the Project Manager when they are unavailable
Hours of work are 9-5 Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
To be considered for this role you must have good communication skills, be an enthusiastic and driven individual with a strong work ethic. You should be able to work as a team and individually with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You do not need any experience in project Management for this role and full training will be given, however a strong background in Administration is needed. You will need to be confident with using Microsoft packages and have good attention to detail.
