We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-know organisation. The role will be based in Havant and you will be joining the team on a temporary basis. There is no fixed end date for this position as it stands.
The role is working Monday - Friday, core hours.
What will you be doing?
Your daily tasks will be pretty varied and may include the following: transferring data onto Excel following a contract win, updating information on the CRM system, cover for the permanent staff members, acting as a key link between the Customer and the Engineering / Repair Teams and assisting with phone calls and emails where required.
You may also be asked to cover Reception duties and take minutes in meetings.
What they want from you
The company are looking for someone who can hit the ground running so you will need experience in using Excel. Being confident in computer systems is a must for this position.
You will need to be confident in speaking with a wide variety of people, and be happy to juggle different tasks at once.
The company do have parking onsite.
