Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Chichester

£10.54/hr Various contract lengths

Located in the centre of Chichester our client is keen to recruit experienced Administrators to work closely with their professional teams and senior heads of departments.

The Role

Your work will be varied and interesting: organising, preparing and co-ordinating events; supporting diary management; reviewing and streamlining administrative processes and other secretarial functions. In addition, you will be exposed to sensitive information which is highly confidential and at times, possibly sensitive/disturbing.

Requirements

Importantly, you will have minute taking experience with a high level of accuracy and speed. This can be done electronically during the meetings. You will be required to produce reports, processing and collecting the information. Your IT and computer skills will be excellent, particularly with MS Word and Excel.
