We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our rapidly expanding and dynamic recruitment company.
Based in our Havant Office your job will be to support the administrative needs of a busy recruitment team. The team are fun, hardworking, motivated and have a clear sense of direction and purpose.

Using your natural organisational and communication skills your duties will include processing contractor payroll, collating and E-mailing key client reports, managing petty cash, ordering stationary and office supplies, database administration, setting up and co-ordinating job board logins.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to effectively work across a number of IT platforms including social media and a creative flair with strong written English skills. It is expected that you will have worked in a similar office role before OR recently left college or university.
This role will suit someone who is dynamic, has a fast mind, excellent attention to detail is a quick learner and who can work effectively with a degree of autonomy. It is a great opportunity for someone to utilise their creative marketing flair within a growing company and make a real difference.
