We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our rapidly expanding and dynamic recruitment business on a permanent basis. Based in our Havant Office your job will be to support the administrative needs of a busy successful recruitment team.

You would describe yourself as someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail, takes pride in the work you produce, is a quick learner and who can work effectively with a degree of autonomy.
Utilising your natural organisational and communication skills your duties will include but are not limited to processing payroll, collating, and producing key client reports, managing petty cash, ordering office supplies, database administration, monitoring social media and setting up and co-ordinating logins.
We are looking for someone with current or previous experience of administration or from within a busy payroll admin function. Previous experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook) is essential.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
