Administrator - 1 month temporary contract

This well-known company have offices in Portsmouth, Newport, Southampton, Reigate, Winchester and London and are looking for someone to join them on a 4 week temporary contract in the Winchester office.
PLEASE NOTE - YOU WILL NEED A DRIVING LICENSE FOR THIS ROLE DUE TO RURAL LOCATION!
They are looking for a keen motivated person to assist them with carrying out Administrative duties in the Call Centre. This will involve arranging and confirming appointments with clients, rescheduling if needed. You will be liaising with subcontractors daily ensuring they have all the right paperwork and are attending within the agreed SLA. Record any information accurately from either the Operatives, Clients or Subcontractors and any other duties to help with the workload.
The hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm which means NO WEEKENDS!
The role requires someone with a great deal of tenacity and attention to detail. An excellent telephone manner is also a key requirement and an ability to interpret information provided to ensure requirements are being fulfilled.
- Experience working as an Administrator
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to remain calm, patient & polite at all times
- Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Computer literate to include MS office
