This role is a newly created growth position, for an Aerospace Mechanical Fitter, based in the Fareham area working days (not shift) for a company who operate flexi hours and offer great progression for those who seek it!

This is a permanent role offering a salary of £28'500 per annum rising to £29,000 after probation, on top of your salary there are other benefits including discount schemes, 25 days holiday, very good contributory pension scheme, an incredible subsidised canteen, child care vouchers, flexi time and secured free onsite parking.

You would be working in an ultra-modern, fresh, clean, airy and open environment within a friendly, professional company. They operate within a safety critical industry so attention to detail is paramount, integrity as well as a good working attitude is vital.

You will get involved with assembly, inspection and testing a variety of aerospace/aviation accessory products yet can include areas such as air starting systems, fuel pumps and hydraulic blocks, oil pumps and filter systems etc etc. This role will be working within their exciting new products department.

  • Experience within the world of aviation/aerospace is required or experience gained from a similar highly standardised industry.
  • Experience within engineering fitting, a repairs or similar environment.
