Archiving Administrator

Havant, Hampshire

Full Time - Permanent

FPR Group have been given an exciting opportunity to recruit for a talented individual looking for a new opportunity as an Archiving Administrator. Ideal candidate:

To succeed in this job, you will coordinate and oversee all import and export documentation management in accordance to the company's policy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure fully compliant shipping documentation for every export/import shipment from and to the United Kingdom
  • Take full ownership of gap analysis in paper trails and investigate them
  • Contact all suppliers/customers/carriers to chase missing paperwork
  • Sort and archive folders into dedicated software
  • Act as a superuser of the E-archiving software
  • Ensure data accuracy
  • Any other reasonable administrative task for the materials department.

Customer Requirements:

  • All shipment folders are 100% complete
  • All shipment folders are uploaded to the software
  • Continuous improvement of the process.

Essential skills:

  • Demonstrates a proficiency in organizational skills and thoroughness.
  • Demonstrates intermediate IT literacy.
  • Ability to identify faults in documentation or breach of process and report to Line Supervision. (Job Knowledge & Quality)
  • Demonstrates flexibility within the work area, irrespective of job role. (Commitment)
  • Demonstrate involvement in and contribution to Lean activities including the use of Kan ban, generating ideas for improvement in work areas, identifying and carrying out 5S activities and taking ownership of housekeeping within the work area. (Safety, Quality, Productivity)


Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm


£22170.90 per annum
