Job Description

Are you an Assembler looking for a new role? Do you have experience with intricate parts, and using different precision hand tools? And does the sound of a well-lit, friendly and modern factory setting sound good to you? If so, then this role could be perfect for you! Portchester, £10.42 an hour.

We are working with a company down in Portchester who is in need to new assemblers to help build their team. A market leader in the gas sensor market, this company builds and assembles a range of gas and chemical sensors used in different industries - you would be involved in projects which could ultimately save lives!

This role would see you working on a bench assembling intricate parts to make sensors - for this reason, although formal qualifications are not required, experience in assembly and using small hands tools (tweezers and screwdrivers etc) is required. You will be working as part of a team, supported in the role, and using different tools and equipment to make these valuable parts. Based in Portchester it is easily reached from Portsmouth, Cosham and Fareham.

This role is on day shift (either 0700 to 1500 or 0900 to 1700) with breaks throughout the day. Working through FPR you would have weekly pay and the support and guidance of the FPR Group Team, as well as the chance to develop your assembly skills and get a great name on your CV.
