FPR Group are recruiting for an Assistant Caretaker on behalf of a property management company.
You will be working in a Central Brighton residential building. This client is looking for a handyman who can assist their Head Caretaker with daily tasks such as decorating, hoovering, changing light bulbs, removing rubbish etc.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to get their hands stuck in to any task.
Experience is not necessary, but it would be beneficial if you have painting/ decorating, labouring, cleaning or receptionist experience. You will need to be computer literate as this role will involve simple admin tasks.
You will start with part time hours which can be negotiated with the client.
With the right candidate, this position will develop into a full time, permanent position with a very competitive annual salary.
