You'll manage a team of around 15 technicians who work on gas turbine engines, lead the team leaders and also interact daily with other MRO centres across Europe and the globe. Naturally as a Maintenance Manager you'll manage quality, costs and productivity, ensure work aligns with the production plan and customer relationships are well maintained.
What do I need?
This is a niche role requiring a niche skill set. The successful candidate will have a background working within gas turbine engines and have accumulated good people leading experience. Strong communication skills are a must, dealing with customers and other sites around the world.
