Business Administration Apprentice - Fantastic Opportunity!

Are you looking to start a role in Administration within a HR department where you can learn from the best? Have you recently finished your studies and want to work for a company are well known and will help you start your journey within HR? If so then read on!

We are currently looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to work for a large Aerospace company in Fareham. This role will be supporting The HR team to provide a full generalist HR and Administration service.

The company designs and manufactures aviation parts for both the civil and defence industries, they are a global company which deal with companies all across the world.

What will you be doing?

You will be answering day to day queries across a variety of issues, escalating to the HR team when required. You will need to take initiative to support the HR Team to ensure smooth operations between HR and the business as well as assisting in maintaining and booking training records. You would be involved in the in the recruitment life cycle from start to finish from initial applications to exit interviews.

You will assist with the reporting of monthly KPI's and arranging the annual Occupational Health Surveillances as well as ensuring the company intranet and notice boards are up to date with relevant communications.

You will have the opportunity to contribute and support projects involving organisational change/new initiative and programmes.

As well as a salary of £15,000, you will get 25 days holiday + bank holidays. There is parking on site as well as a canteen including a Costa Coffee!

After you have completed your 13 month apprenticeship scheme you will then have the opportunity to study your CIPD funded by the company.

The company are looking for someone who is eager to learn. Someone who is not afraid to ask questions or speak to a wide range of people. You will need to have good verbal and written communication (ideally a grade A-C in English and Maths but this is not a deal breaker) and excellent attention to detail.
