Key elements of the role:
- To support Training & Events where required
- To support Education where required
- To support ACT admin where required
- Responsible for assisting with TPC Members
- To support the Ops and Business Development Team to strengthen Member relationships.
- To Provide excellent customer care and display a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude at all times.
Accounts Payable Association
- To support Training & Events where required
- To support with Partner duties
- To support ACT admin where required
- Responsible for assisting with AP Members
- To support the Ops and Business Development Team to strengthen Member relationships.
- To support AP Education
- To Provide excellent customer care and display a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
Training & Events
- Alert OM when to request contracts for venues
- Keep venue's up to date for upcoming courses - Liaise with hotel booking agent
- Book meeting rooms, accommodation & travel for tutors
- Ensure the tutor team are looked after
- Add courses to tutors diaries with relevant information - keep up to date
- Update Dynamics with correct tutor and venue on course code
- Calculate expenses in connection with in-houses
- Chase in-house outstanding details
- Send out joining instructions
- Send course materials
- Send appraisals following the courses
- Providing access to PU On Demand
Partner & Members
- Onboarding of Partners & Members where required
- Interacting with Partners & Members to ensure any fulfilment requirements are actioned.
- Supporting the drive of interaction with Members & Partners to help strengthen the Member & partner renewal rate.
- Maintain relationship with Members
Education
- To assist the OM with onboarding and management of students & their studies.
- To assist the OM with uploading qualification content & material.
- To assist the OM with student interaction, to support to help them complete their qualification/course and provide excellent customer service
- Provide progress reports where required
- Schedule 1-1's with relevant tutors and students where required
Salary and Benefits:
Basic: From £22,000 dependant on experience.
Probation:
- First 3 months, and after successful completion:
- Company will match pension contributions up to 5% of salary
- Company will pay for medical insurance (if employee agrees to the benefit-in-kind which can affect their tax code).
Holidays:
- 25 days, plus all Public Holidays.
Benefits:
- Matching pension up to 5%, Life Assurance and Income Protection.
Hours:
- Mon-Thurs, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am -5.00pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day = 39.5 hour working week.
