Business Advisor

£17,000 pa

2-month permanent contract

Chichester (working remotely)

We're recruiting for a motivated; enthusiastic and friendly individual with an excellent telephone manner. You will be joining our well-established client's team until the 31st March 2021 with possibility of extension. As a member of the team, you'll be representing a national brand and taking inbound calls from businesses who are interested in using a marketing service offered by their client. You'll be proactive in following up enquiries made and reactive in answering the telephone, working shift patterns between the hours of 8am and 6pm (e.g., 8am - 4:30pm; 9:30am - 6pm; etc).

Full induction and training will be provided, and we're a company which has reasonable expectations rather than unachievable targets and tough KPIs. Owing to the coronavirus pandemic, the client is remote working and are likely to be for the duration of this short-term contract. Therefore, we ask applicants to have a personal computer which is reasonably up to date and which they are happy to work from daily. However, a telephone and headset can be provided, with discussing any other requirements if necessary.
