FPR Group are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join my client's office in Petersfield. The ideal candidate will have current B2B telesales experience and a proven record in sales, you will be recently from a target driven environment and have advanced experience within lead generation.
My client is looking for a committed individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to multi task and demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to work as part of a team and stay calm in a pressing situations as well as being confident with a great sense of humour. You will also be competent in use of Microsoft packages and computerised data bases.
Within the role you will be required to make outgoing sales calls to qualify and sell the companies entire range of learning and development solutions, services, and products as well as processing incoming enquiries. You will achieve specific sales targets and agreed call volumes each week and maintain regular contact with existing customers to secure repeat orders and achieve new bookings.
Alongside sales you will be expected to maintain and update the client and prospect database and fulfil administration duties as well as managing course cancellations and re-arrangements by informing affected delegates and agreeing a transferral when required.
Benefits of the role include free parking, 20 days annual leave plus all public holidays (annual leave rising with service up to 25 days) pension, life insurance and income protection. The working hours are 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 17:00 on a Friday, working 39.5 hours a week. My client is willing to offer a competitive salary of 20-25k based on experience plus uncapped commission.
