FPR Group are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our client's office in Petersfield. The ideal candidate will have current B2B telesales experience, a proven track record in sales, target driven and have advanced experience within lead generation.
Within your new role, you will be required to make outgoing sales calls to qualify and sell the companies entire range of learning and development services and products. You will use your excellent relationship building skills to maintain existing customers to secure repeat orders and achieve new bookings. Alongside your sales role you will be maintaining and updating the client and prospect database and fulfil administration duties.
To succeed in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to multi task. You will be working within a team where at times can be pressurised so a great sense of humour is a bonus!
The working hours are 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 17:00 on a Friday, working 39.5 hours a week.
