The Role

We seek a talented salesperson to win new temporary and permanent business within the Manufacturing and Technical & Engineering sectors in Sussex, Hampshire and bordering counties.

Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will support our amazing teams of consultants focusing solely on business development. This will include lead generation, multifaceted and creative approaches and supporting our teams winning their top prospects through meetings, proposals and presentations.

Requirements

Ideally you will have previous recruitment industry experience however we will consider talented individuals with a track record of selling business to business solutions or services.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, a strong focus on goals and a driven attitude to achieve outstanding results.

Full UK driving licence

Core hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
