If you're an experienced Care Assistant looking for a rewarding, inspiring and flexible new job opportunity where you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent care and support whilst positively impacting the lives of many then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

With a selection of outstanding Residential Care Homes located in East Sussex, you will be providing assistance and companionship to elderly residents who may suffer from Dementia, Physical Disabilities and or complex needs.

Your responsibilities will typically include monitoring and updating care plans where required, one-to-one support, meal preparation, medication rounds, personal care needs, supporting emotional well-being, participating in daily activities and fun trips out, aspects of light cleaning, attending handovers and anything else requested from management.

Not only will you pick the location, but you will also have control over what shifts you work and when you'd prefer to work! Whether that be working long days, wake nights, sleep-ins, earlies or late shifts we will provide you with a selection to choose from throughout the week and over weekends.

Using your previous experience as a Care Assistant, you will already be aware of the key skills and knowledge required to successfully care for those most vulnerable who may present aspects of challenging behavior. You will be emotionally resilient, patient and empathetic.

You will need six months minimum of previous experience within the care sector to be considered for this role.
