Children and Young Persons Support Worker Bournemouth

Due to high demand, we are looking to recruit Children's and/or Young People's Support Workers required in Bournemouth and surrounding areas and include days, sleep ins and wake night shifts.
You will ideally possess previous experience of working with vulnerable children or young people who have had to face a number of traumatic issues which could lead to exhibiting challenging behavior and emotional difficulties. You will be emotionally resilient, patient and empathetic. Understanding the need for consistency in your approach and to provide safe boundaries is of paramount importance.
If you possess these skills and you are an enthusiastic, reliable and creative individual who can be a positive advocate for yourself, our company and the children and young people you will work with, then we would love to hear from you.
A full driving license is not essential but desirable as is a current Team Teach certificate, Mandatory training updates can be supplied* and we are currently offering you an enhanced DBS for FREE*
