Due to high demand, we are looking to recruit Children's and/or Young People's Support Workers required in Bournemouth and surrounding areas which include days, sleep ins and wake night shifts.

Are you an experienced children's/young people/youth support worker who wants to make a positive difference to children's and young peoples' lives? Would you like to work for a busy Health and Social Care Agency and receive great rates of pay? We are a person-centered Agency who really cares about its employees and clients. Our Recruitment team have decades of hands on Health and Social Care experience so we understand both our employee's and client's needs.

You will ideally possess previous experience of working with vulnerable children or young people who have had to face a number of traumatic issues which could lead to exhibiting challenging behavior and emotional difficulties. You will be emotionally resilient, patient and empathetic. Understanding the need for consistency in your approach and to provide safe boundaries is of paramount importance.*

A full driving license is not essential but desirable as is a current Team Teach certificate, Mandatory training updates can be supplied* and we are currently offering you an enhanced DBS for FREE*
