A childrens home provider is recruiting for a registered manager to manage a newly refurbished residential service for children with EBD and challenging behaviour based in the Canterbury area.

This is an excellent role for an experienced manager searchign for a new challenge, excellent salary and benefits make the role attractive to the experienced manager.

You will be managing an existing staff team in a sometimes pressurised environment and will have the full responsibiltiy for the home and its operations.

You will have full autonomy over the homes direction as well as responsibility for budgeting and recruitment.
