Children's Home Registered Manager

An exciting new opportunity has risen. My is client has opened its first Registered Care Home for Young People aged 10-17 with some Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mental Health needs who require medium to long term placements. The Care Home will be looking after an all female group of residents. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and opening up of this service. The directors will take you along this exciting new journey in order to provide the best support for you, the residents, and staff team.

Utilizing your natural people and leadership skills, you will recruit, manage, and develop a team who focus on quality and puts Young People at the forefront of everything they do.

With a starting salary of £36,000 to £42,000, pending on experience, you will also benefit from a bonus scheme, pending Ofsted rating and bed occupancy levels. You will receive 28 days annual leave entitlement, plus bank holidays! Some other exciting benefits include:

With your previous experience of Ofsted you will help the home in delivering an outstanding service to the Young People to maintain and build meaningful relationships with the Staff, families, professionals and their peers. Along with your leadership skills you will ensure the smooth running of the home by auditing, monitoring and managing budgets.

If you are an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager with a Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification already in place who is a strong and energetic leader that wants to shape the future of this home and service, then this is the role for you.
