My client puts the needs and safety of the Young People at the forefront of everything they do, so being consistent in your practice and approach is key in order to get the best outcomes for the Young People.

As well as a competitive starting salary, rising to £20,858 with length in service, you will also benefit from 30 days annual leave allowance for a great work and home life balance (inclusive of Bank Holidays). A comprehensive training package is provided that will lead you to undertake a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People. You will also benefit from a pension contribution scheme. The home is commutable from Mansfield, Edwinstowe, and Lincoln.

Being a good role model is key for this role as the Young People will look to you for guidance, support, and positive reassurance.
