We are currently expanding our temporary workforce team at FPR Group and are looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to work with our clients in Brighton and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to further your career in residential childcare!
Your role working as a residential support worker
Your new role involves giving care and support to young people aged 10-19 with EBD (emotional and behavioural disorders), SEBD (Social, emotional and behavioural difficulties) in residential settings. Therefore, you must have both motivation and drive to work in looked after children's services with a focus on the residents as the main priority.
What we need from you
Along with an outgoing, caring and hardworking personality, you will have experience working within children's residential homes or youth work within a similar setting. Due to locations of the homes, if you are a driver and have an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field then it is an added bonus but not essential. If you do not have a current DBS and up to date training we have options available to support you.
