Due to a rise in demand we are currently recruiting for flexible Children's Support Workers within the West & East Sussex region. We will be offering frequent shifts throughout the week including over the weekends and bank holidays which consist of a long day following into a paid sleep-in on site where you will be assisting and supporting the young people to progress through adolescence.
We work with numerous Residential Children's Homes services situated in different locations, but to name a few we have some based in Burgess Hill, Angmering, Hastings, Littlehampton, Rustington and Pulborough. With this advatange of having clients scattered in different area's it allows us to offer you a selection of shifts to suit you best or keep you in one location if you'd prefer!
Using your previous experience within the care sector, you will be an important role model to the young people who will look up to you for support, guidance and reliability. You will build positive and strong relationships with them, ensuring that they are given the best possible outcomes andassit them to acheive their personal goals. Being able to drive is not essential for this role.
Our client puts the needs and wellbeing of the young people at the forefront of everything they do, each service provides comfort and a welcoming environment for the young people to work towards their futures and independance. Our client supports young people who display challenging behaviour and emotional + behavioural difficulties (EBD) up to the age of 18 years.
