Children's Support Worker - West Sussex
Are you an experienced children's/young people/youth support worker who wants to make a positive difference to children's and young peoples' lives? Due to high demand we are looking to recruit Children's and or Young People's Support Workers. We can provide you with a choice of work settings throughout WEST SUSSEX which can range from Children's homes to Outreach, Family Centres, Supported living and so much more.
You will ideally possess previous experience of working with vulnerable children or young people who have had to face a number of traumatic issues which could lead to exhibiting challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties. You will be emotionally resilient, patient and empathetic. Understanding the need for consistency in your approach and to provide safe boundaries is of paramount importance.
If you possess these skills and you are an enthusiastic, reliable and creative individual who can be a positive advocate for yourself, our company and the children and young people you will work with, then we would love to hear from you. A full driving licence is essential. It would also be desirable if you possess Team Teach.
