Job Description

Due to high demand we are looking to recruit Children's and or Young People's and Adult Support Workers. We can provide you with a choice of work settings throughout WEST SUSSEX from Chichester areas across to Worthing areas and the surrounding Horsham areas. The work settings can range from Children's homes to Outreach, Family Centres, Supported living, Homeless Foyers and so much more.

You will ideally possess previous experience of working with, or studying, vulnerable children/young people who have had to face a number of traumatic issues which could lead to exhibiting challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties. You will be emotionally resilient, patient and empathetic. Understanding the need for consistency in your approach and to provide safe boundaries is of paramount importance.

If you possess these skills and you are an enthusiastic, reliable and creative individual who can be a positive advocate for yourself, our company and the children and young people you will work with, then we would love to hear from you. A full driving licence is not essential. It would also be desirable if you possess Team Teach or we can offer you the opportunity to obtain this qualification.

Mandatory training updates with certificates can be supplied for a nominal fee and we are currently offering you a FREE ENHANCED DBS*
