Job Description
Job Title: CNC Operator and Setter
Industry: Aerospace
Location: Fareham
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to strict aerospace standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator and Setter.
- Proficient in operating CNC machines and using precision measuring tools.
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Hourly rate of £16.27 rising to £16.76 after 12 weeks. Working hours are 7.30-15.45 Monday - Thursday and 7.30-11.30 on Friday.
