Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new job? We are currently looking to hire a CNC Miller to join a market-leading company in an exciting position in Waterlooville. We are looking for a skilled individual who can bring their knowledge and experience to a place where it is valued.
Your new job would involve working on a variety of products including bespoke, made-to-order units for clients, as well as through the standard product range.
For this CNC Milling position, you will of course need to have experience of operating CNC Milling machines; our client makes a wide variety of components for a variety of industries, predominantly Oil and Gas. Using Heidenhain on 3 Axis CNC Mills you will be machining bespoke and individual parts for a number of customers; this is an exceptional opportunity to really develop new skills and hone the skills you currently have.
We are also on the lookout for machinists with 5 Axis experience, who will be provided with additional training, to work as setter/operators. Most parts here are made from stainless and mild steel and aluminium, but experience with other metals is an advantage.

This job is on a long term on-going temporary contract with real scope to move to permanent. It therefore is a great opportunity to gain some valuable working experience in a market leading company, or to develop a career with long-term goals. Over time (paid at time-and-a-half) is available, as is that scope to move to permanent should you wish. The shift patterns for this role is straight Days so this role is ideal for young parents or individuals with busy evening lives. The rate of pay is dependent on experience and can be discussed with a consultant.
