We are actively recruiting experienced CNC Setter Operators to join our client who are located in Fareham. Joining a global client within the aerospace industry, we are needing individuals who want to join a thriving team in expanding even further. You must have experience with Fanuc Controls and experience within the aerospace industry working on aerospace-grade materials and their machining characteristics.

What will I be doing?
As a CNC Setter Operator, you'll be an integral part of the CNC team; this will see you setting and operating machinery on Fanuc Controls. The type of machinery you can expect to be operating would be Alpha Lathes and/or Hitachi HT42 machines. Where you're working in the Aerospace Industry, you will be producing to tight tolerances and specifications.

What do I need?

• Aerospace industry exposure and experience working to AS standards.
• Proven experience as a CNC Setter Operator is essential
• Previous experience working on Fanuc controls.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and information.
• Independent work ethic and the ability to self-manage your workload.
• Strong internal communication skills.

The Package: This role is paying up to £16.27 per hour depending on your experience. This works out at roughly around £31,300 per year. On top of this, there are additional benefits such as 25 days holiday, investment into training and education, life assurance, salary sacrifice agreement and much more.
