CNC Turner - Programmer
Role: CNC Programmer (Turner)
Controls: Fanuc / Mazatrol
As a company, they have a very low turnover staff who are very loyal, they employ apprentices who they support through their studies and he is happy to consider this for future employees, there is a possibility to do offline programming if this is a skill set you do not already possess, environment is friendly and relaxed but they work hard.
They work 40 hours per week, you would get 5 weeks holiday and there is some flexibility with start/finish times around 6/7am and 3/4pm (to be agreed ion advance).
We are looking for an experienced Miller/Programmer, ideally someone with knowledge of Fanuc and/or Mazatrol.
Your main role would be to Program, set up and operate CNC Lathes to manufacture parts for blue chip companies with a worldwide customer base.
Ideally, we are after someone who is used to organising work load for a small machine shop including tooling, raw materials, programs, and workflow.
What will you be doing?
- Programming on and/or off line for CNC machines
- Setting and operating CNC machines VMC and Lathe
- Manufacture of jigs and fixtures to assist in general production
