Job Description

We are looking for someone to begin working for a hydraulic engineering company in Havant that enjoys a great reputation for employee satisfaction and an enviable local reputation for outstanding quality products, who are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator (Fanuc) to join the engineering team.

Skills and experience:-

You will need to have a good working knowledge of CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls and be confident in your abilities to set the Lathes efficiently and accurately as well as be able to edit when necessary. Any additional controls knowledge will be highly beneficial.

Of course, being an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator, you will be able to work to tight tolerances, and being able to quality-check your own working using various hand measuring tools would be highly advantageous, as you will be producing interesting products on your new machines for the hydraulic industry. Working to these tight tolerances will ensure both the accuracy and quality of your work.

The role:-

This is a long-term on-going contract starting immediately, and may well continue for longer with real scope for moving to permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to show your skillset.
