Based near to Portchester working Monday to Friday (not shift) you will be leading a team of 5 individuals which includes the Quality team heading up any non-conformance investigations.

What will I be doing?

Your responsibilities will be that of the main point of contact in the Manufacturing and Production department. Your main task will be to understand how all products are made, ensure the processes are as efficient and cost effective as possible. The key to this role is basing quality at the forefront of every consideration as this company strive to become the go to machining company in the south.

What do I need?

• CNC Production / manufacturing experience is essential.
• A machining background yourself, setting and programming previously or currently.
• A strong quality ethic with exposure to Quality Engineering.
• A strong people leading skillset and the ability to influence.
• An ambassador for the company.
• The ability to remain open-minded and adaptable to any change.
  

The Package: This role is paying between £50-£65k depending on your previous experience, a bonus scheme, company pension scheme, free parking on site, 25 days holiday + bank holidays etc…
