Job Description
Are you a Continious Improvement Engineer or a Graduate in Engineering? I am looking for 4 Continious Improvement Engineers to join a growing company in Havant.

We are in search of 4 Continious Improvement Engineers for a global company based in Havant. You will be part of the Product Focus Team Organisation. Where you will be accountable for identifying the leading metrics which will ensure the achievement of top-level performance metrics of the Product Focus Team. This position also aims to develop and implement future strategies for manufacture, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and manage capital projects.
What do you need?
- Understanding of Lean Methodology
- Passionate about Continuous Improvement
- Six Sigma Green Belt Desirable
- Understanding of technical drawing and calculations
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Degree or equivalent experience
