This Cost Modelling Manager position is working for a company located in Portsmouth. They are offering flexible hours, Monday to Friday. This is a full time permanent position. The role is also paying up to £58,000. Due to the nature of the business, you must hold a British Passport or be a British Citizen.

The company are looking for a Whole Life Cost Modelling Manager to join the expanding commercial team. In this role, you'll develop a cost modelling capability for the Company infrastructure investment, using a whole life cost approach to inform investment decisions and enhance customer value over asset lifecycles. Your responsibilities include financial modeling to support investment choices, creating estimating norms, advising on cost impacts for projects, contributing to annual operations and budget planning, leveraging data analytics for insights, and providing expertise in Whole Life Cost Modelling. This role is pivotal in optimizing infrastructure for the company, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for our customers.

You will need:

• 3 years+ experience when it comes to Estimating, Cost Modelling, Cost Engineering or similar

• To be skilled when it comes to cost estimates and cost analysis

• Experience with Costing or Estimating within Construction, Estate Management or Facilities Management

• Knowledge of asset management methodologies

• Experience liaising with clients from the Public sector
