Job Description

Credit Control Administrator

£9-10 per hour DOE

8.30am-5pm Monday- Friday

Our client is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to work in their offices in Waterlooville. The overall purpose of the role is to administer credit control procedures for allocated accounts, although you will also cover some accounts payable/ purchase ledger duties.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Full Credit control experience

Purchase ledger/ accounts payable experience

The main duties of the role will include:

-All aspects of credit control & admin for a range of accounts

-Prepare & check monthly report putting accounts on hold as necessary

-Communicating with accounts on hold and assist with queries

-Opening or closing accounts

-Change of addresses

-Entering contract prices

-Maintaining pro forma spreadsheet

-Processing paperwork for UK price credits

-Instructing debt collector if required

-Preparing claims for companies in liquidation

-Taking credit card payments

-Post/ allocate cash 3 days per week

-General Admin duties

-Purchase Ledger
